I don’t have nip guards because I’m allergic to adhesive, and honestly I haven’t needed them yet. But you have reminded me I need something if the sort for my 50 miler.


I’ll be totally honest with you, its really not that bad.
Getting up everday and running at 5am, totalling 50-70 miles a week, and lifting 3-5 days a week all for months on end.
That shit fucking sucks.

Tomorrow is just one day
Just gotta do it once.

I honestly respect vegans probably more than any other group.

Those people live their convictions and those convictions are hard as shit.

I get so lit up when I hear people give shit for hunting, trapping, or otherwise killing animals and they fucking eat meat. Those are the people that need a slap upside the head.

The meat industry destroys our enviroment, is the #1 source of pollution, harms human health, contains the most dangerous jobs, and results in animal neglect and torture.

but nooooooooooooo me killing bambi or raising my own chickens makes me the asshole.

Vegans, at least they live the shit they talk.

 

Plus if a vegan starts harassing you, you just gotta flick em and they’ll fall down

I am going hunting this weekend. I agree, if you are going to eat meat, you should, at least once, take some responsibility for it. No treestands here though. Still hunting in the mountains.

I once went to talk to some vegan protesters (and, like you, I feel most ethically aligned with them than others, though I reject many of their assertions) in a civil and calm way. Just asking questions, listening. Everything was great until their angry leader showed up and heard I was a hunter. She asked if I'd eat her dog. Of course I said I would provided my family was starving etc. The nice people I had been talking to said "well, i think we'd all eat the dog then...of course" She stomped off and I won the greatest rhetorical victory I am ever likely to win

 

brought this little ride out today for a bath.. since this is the gym thread thought I'd show some muscle. I've bought and sold quite a few cars but this was the first I bought 23 yrs ago.. probably the same time @Travish325 was doing some serious damage to some huggies

LOL I do think it's funny because if someone asked if I would eat their dog I would immediately say yes. Another thing I hate is when people treat pets like they are any different than the animals we raise to eat.
But I also come from a background where my family did raise their own food. We killed and ate animals that honestly... were pets. You see them everyday, you pet them every day, you feed them everyday, until one day...

Speaking of people who get over emotional about their pets, my neighbor has a Chihuahua thats like 115. He has a degenerating spine so he can't walk straight and he's nearly blind and totally deaf. He can't bark because of the pain it causes and he just limps around the yard in circles. The other day he fell down and got stuck in the fence and was squirming there. I finally saw him when I was outside using the grill. I had to text my neighbor that his dog was stuck.

I want to tie his ass to the fence for a few hours and forget about him.

Please put your pet down or put yourself down.

I would feed their dog to my dog. My dog is on my family team and I like him better than almost everyone...

It’s not an either or. NFL is a brand and a sport, same with UFC, and every other sport. It’s not a team sport it’s a fitness sport like bodybuilding, running, strongman. Meaning it can be done causally or competitively (again like every other sport lol).

If you want to get technical the sport is functional fitness which makes CrossFit a league, others would be USAFF, Grid League, etc.

I get you don’t like it and that’s cool, but doesn’t change reality. PS not sure what fitness sport but unless it’s running I’d bet CrossFit has more competitive participants so your insistence it’s not a sport is a tad ironic

hahahah that’s a funny point the bashers are just as bad as the cult. Not here to tear anyone’s fitness sport of choice down. I think they are all rad, CrossFit just happens to be choice. I use to do the others and have done bodybuilding and powerlifting comps in the past so spread the love around.

100% agree most are a joke and hard to find good coach’s...like any other sport.

nah it’s intolerable to watch. I started doing fitness sports because I generally dislike the team sport environment. Teams, announcers, getting involved as a fan. Fuck that I just want to lift, and occasionally compete against some other lifters.

Love watching the highlights of the pros to see how far they push themselves but can’t stand to watch live, feels like I’m an football fan or something.
