    Same. Somewhere I read that shouldn’t be the case and that inflexibility/tightness in the posterior chain is the cause but then there were a lot more big words so I stopped reading.

    Takes me longer to recover from rugby games than it does to recover from a PL comp. I don’t think either of those are as taxing as running 30 miles though.
