I'm with you on Dan Bailey, but I recently hopped on the CT Fletcher and Rich Piana train as well. It would probably be uncomfortable for me to ever be that big, but still motivating none the less.

TMW is always good for some laughs.

First: I feel ya on waking up after a rager. I look like ass thats been hit by a train. How much do you weigh now? I for one as you know am 143 with a 'yeah I work out, but can't build worth shit' build. Also I have a rather decent sized belly. I can suck it up to see abs but still looks horrid.

What do you guys feel about creatine? I have never really researched it because I wanted to stay away from supps but... I'm not getting bigger at all. (My eating definitely supports gainz but still healthy). I hear it helps you gain size but once you stop taking it you lose some as well?

I weight 270, you need to eat a lot to build muscle if you are an ectomorph, it takes a lotta energy for your body to build 1lb of muscle.

creatine don't build muscle at all, its more of a tool to help build muscle, the creatine bloat is from your muscle tissues absorbing more fluid, but mainly it help muscle endurance, strength and revocery, it is actually harmless, to the kidney liver and heart, only damage i can see is your kidney if you don't drink enough water, because you will be veru thirsty once you take creatine. at least monohydrate anyway

So in my case is it worth getting? And yeah I just kinda read about it making your muscles absorb and the monohydrates seem to be the way to go. I wanna get bigger for a little longer and then cut for summer. And I truly feel I eat enough but maybe I should start logging what I eat...

Deff start counting macros, it's the only way to go and to me its actually kinda fun ,if i can only take 2 supps it would be whey protein, and creatine monohydrate. but to get big all you need is to lift heavy as fuck, with decent form, and eat good food. Find you maintance caloric intake(they have it online) and eat about 500-800 more than your maintance, when you start taking creatine you will feel a big difference in your stregth, you can do more weight more reps more sets.
