It's basically just me in underwear on the couch with ice on my back.

 

I actually don’t celebrate like any holidays but I’m at a small business trunk or treat with my family.

Is it just me. Or is it weird when coaches have coaches?

 

Nope. I'd rather my coach have a coach. Gives him someone to learn new things from and also means he can spend more time on my programming than worry about his own.

Wise people always have teachers and look to continue to learn.... You never know it all.

 

Coaches are also there to provide an unbiased opinion when you get lost in your head. Even the best coaches fall victim to second guessing themselves and so they get someone to help too

 

Tiger Woods takes golf lessons too..

 

I guess it would be weird to me cause couldn’t your coach just be copying his coaches workouts or plans? Eventually I’m gonna get another strongman coach and just kinda looking around. Anthony aka 105K strongman coach seems like a good dude but just weird that titangabe is his coach lol. Like why not just get gabe as a coach then

 

Btw finally got some slides and holy shit should’ve bought em a year ago lol. Much better than putting shoes on, goto gym, shoes off, knee sleeves on, shoes on and repeat off. 10/10 recommend

 

ANNDDD fucked up signing up for the open class. These stones are gonna take a ton of training. Raised up the platform for the 210lb stone to be a little higher than nipple height and ended up dropping it twice.

I know Anthony personally and he was my nutrition coach at first. He's a good dude but I can't speak to his strength coaching. I do know that he uses a lot of Terry Rady's (my current coach) techniques and style because Terry used to be his coach.

Think about it this way. If you hire a coach and they also have a coach, you are getting both of their knowledge passed down.

 

On top of this... do you honestly think that they are looking at the programs and figuring it up themselves or do you ever think they built a name and then outsource the programs?
