NSAIDs can cause water retention; your gear can too. Keep tabs on BP just in case...

I'm only on two SARMs and 150mg trt. I read SARMs won't raise BP and so far it's been pretty steady.

Yeah I just dont want to workout at home. I’ve moved away from lifting in the AM. I’ll run but prefer to lift in the PM when I’m not fasted.

My doc gave me an anti inflammatory gel for my knee since I can’t take the oral meds.
Kinda works like magic, although expensive as shit.

Is the shot working really well?

Back in the gym again today and it was rough. I failed on the final rep of skull crushers on my left arm, clearly that's my weak side. I spec'd some rep #s I couldnt keep up with so I adjusted in the first round and stuck with it. Final reps of each set and esp the last set were hard for me.

    3RFT:
10 3pt DB rows each arm
    12 DB goblet squat
8 Arnold presses each arm and alternate reps
    30 Romanian twists w/ DB
    10 sumo RDL w/ DBs
12 skull crushers laying on ground

I did body line work after I caught my breath haha: plank, right and left side planks, reverse plank, arch, and hollow hold.

Life is better after I finish a workout. :curls:

I once saw a guy break his nose failing skull crushers. You didn’t break your nose did you?

Fortunately, no haha. I just kind of rolled onto my butt when my left arm wouldn't finish on the up swing and put it down by my hip. I had already set the right hand DB down on the mat. Helps when you're laying on the ground doing these. And not the bench.

My core is stronger than my triceps haha.

Anyone care to share their fav DB exercises? I think I'm going to add incline bench w/ DB, split squats or single leg press, and farmer carries in my next circuit but im trying to find other exercises to add on. Havent scrolled t-nation yet but I will.

Added rear delt fly to tomorrow. Gonna try to get a good squeeze in the shoulder blades each rep. Thanks!

Finally got like 45 minutes to swing by the gym. Got released yesterday from the hospital with the new addition to our family after a long 5 days in the hospital and no training. Love strongman stuff but just hate how long it takes to set stuff up for it when in a hurry.
