I've had a few MRIs always in the closed one. I was a lot fatter back then too, about 300.

Never have I not slept in the machine..

I was wiggin out when I had mine.

I initially refrained from taking the Xanax prior to mine (because that shit just makes you loopy for half the day).
    Was gonna suck it up.

The tech took me back to the tube and I was like F that and had to go take the meds.

Since I was able to return the Hoka Shitgoats, I exchanged them for a pair of Topo Mtn Racers.

The plan was to return these shoes as soon as I got them and get my $140 back. I’m just opposed to shoes being that expensive, I mean who am I Warren Buffet?

But these shoes pretty much are the greatest trail shoes I’ve ever tried on. Not sure I can bring myself to return them.

They have the toe box of an Altra with a 5mm drop. Toe space makes me want to jiz my pants so these are right up my alley.

Vibram Megagrip soles (the best rated grip of any sole in the trail running community) which have aggressive lugs but don’t feel agressive. They are cushy and plush.

They also are super stable side to side, unlike the Saucony Mad River Trls (which are my only complaint of those shoes).

I think I have to keep these shoes and put some miles on them.

Lmao it's still wrong. It's hung indoors as if the gym members are the observers... So it's backwards.

If it was against the window or displayed outside or meant for the street to be the observer then it's right as is. But it's hung inside in front of a door... Therefore, it's wrong.

So. My son ended up being born in like 95th percentile for height at a whopping 23” which is supposed to be stupid long for a newborn.

I’m gonna pump this little shit full of so much food that he has no choice but to be a strongman. He’s got the height on his side already

Dalmore is overpriced; it is the sherried whisky style I was mentioning. Get a Glenfarclas instead.

Did my first workout back today after resting the rhomboid.

    SSB squats
    Goblet squats
    Hamstring curls
    Single arm DB bench
    Bicep work

I don't think I tweaked anything but I can definitely still feel the spasms and pain so it's not nearly healed at all. I think I'm gonna end up just training through it and fucking my back up cause I can't take this long off of pressing.... I'll deal with healing after the January comp

Do you have a sports doc that supportive of getting you through your comp safely and waiting for true recovery till after?

Eh kinda. He's not "supportive" but he said it really won't get worse unless I fully tear it which is rare. He said I can do it but I'll have to deal with the pain.

I am looking into TB500 and maybe trying some of that to help it heal faster.
