    Does she like it?

I’ve had like 12 people in the last month recommend them. Apparently they help you sleep really well.

My house is 62 right now. Cold AF so I can sleep under a pile of blankets.

only kids who have been vaccinated twice need the weighted blanket. They use it if their peas and potatoes touch on their plate...

seriously though; I kinda want one but I am always so hot.

Anyone have any good exercise replacement ideas for dips and decline bench?

Doing this hypertrophy program and it calls for dips w/ replacement exercise as decline bench. Neither one is agreeing with my shoulder. Dips are a straight up cant do anymore. I can do light decline but nothing near a lower rep range.

I’m thinking probably cable flys? Not sure it hits the tris at all but its lower chest

Its the ROM for me not the weight. This is the shoulder I had worked on. Surgeon told me because of what the injury was, I am to never do dips again.

btw I’m offended you though it was the weight. I weigh as much as a sack of rice.

Lmao I only ask cause my buddy said the same thing. Then I showed him the assisted machine and he loved being able to do em again just for reps.

Ok everyone.... What the fuck is going on here. I laid down last night and when I sat up I just happened to notice this bulge in the middle of my abs when flexed. It's huge, just above my belly button and below my sternum. It does NOT hurt and isn't there when I stand. It's only showing as I sit up from flat and my abs contracted.Snapchat-1403008046~6.jpg

I already made an appointment with my Dr today but I'm freaking out thinking it's a huge hernia. Idk what else it could be.

My buddy (ER Doc) says need to see someone for an eval but could be epigastric hernia since you are a lifter. Hard to tell without a physical exam. More intra abdominal pressure is created lying down.

I hope everything goes OK :fingerscrossed:
