In my previous job it was the probate stuff that brought out the crazies.

Anything involving family is usually a mess. If anything, this job has taught me that 85% of the world is fucked up and would steal from their own mother. Literally.

Off topic but on topic for the thread, just tried lifting for the first time in two months and my heart almost exploded. I shouldn’t have expected to jump back in right where I left off. That or I shouldn’t have done a full scoop of preworkout.

NOT GOING BACK INTO THE GYM WITH TACKY ON YOUR HANDS! 4 Stone weights in order from lightest, to heaviest. lightest stone will be 12 feet away from the loading bar, then 9, 6, and 3 in order to heaviest stone. Athlete must pick up and carry stone to the bar, no rolling it.

Started training strongman this year. Around Mid January to be exact. Then covid hit later on and shit was shut down for 2-3 months.

today I got the heaviest stone I’ve done (270) up and even if there is heavier... fucking stoked at how fast this sport has came to me and so ready to compete. Don’t care if I place first or last. This is just a win to know I can lift the weights in the open class for my weight in strongman.

    time to eat.

If I ever go pro or competitive with the big dogs in this sport, I’ll owe you @Travish325 forever for getting me into this shit.

That’s gonna take time. 205 now. No quick way to get to 231 but it’s in my end goal sights. Ain’t no clean or even dirty bulk that could get me there soon.

I am I ammm. The fact that I’m staying at 200 and lifts are improving is good enough for me currently.

I think he was. I’d feel like shit if he wasn’t.

    I would be dead.

How heavy was that stone do you know?

Idk if “atlas stone” means specific weight or what.

Atlas stone is the name for the stone. All the stones are different weights.

    6 mile run outside today.

My Strava alerted me I have the most attempts and mileage running in my local park compared to anyone else. Not sure if I should be flattered or creeped out an app is comparing all that information from people. o_O
