Sorry Aaron but it's pretty obvious that any Alaskan with a tan is fake baking.

Got a supp. question for you guys. Hopefully someone may know. I'll be honest and say that I cycled gear for a long time. Most of the time without doing a proper pct and without the proper time off between cycles. Ever since then...a little over a year...whenever i cut, i can't seem to cut my obliques. Everywhere else dries out and leans up, except those damn obliques. Any supps that you guys take or can think of that will help restore and balance out normal hormone levels, and something that'll help me out? Thanks

Oh by the way. I posted on here that I had to have surgery a while back. Just a follow up on that. Dr isn't so sure that surgery is the way to go to repair my sports hernia. So I slowly got back into crossfitting and powerlifting and am still training through the pain.

try doing that with out swinging your arms using the same weight. ;)

Edit: I dunno if that's really you or not, but its a helluva difference not using your arms.

So I've noticed that for most people, sometime in their 20s start to get "meatier" (i dunno if that's the right word  ) I wonder if I will also gain a bit of weight.

My bro in law, and father for example, both were thin in there teens and early 20s, but as time went on they got bigger, ofcourse if they actually worked out they would look great, but they don't. (no homo).

    yeah F you too...hahaha :D

it's me bro. when i do them that high with the vest on i have to swing my arms, otherwise there is no way in hell i'd get up there. i'm going for the reps and repeated explosion more than super strict form. it's alot of work getting my 200+ lb. ass up there anyways with out the weight vest.

that was towards the end of my workout, when form goes to shit anyways cause the tank is running on empty
