No wonder your in there for 2 hours. That's hella.

We should hit it some time. When you get a 24 membership. I'm always working in Dublin. Actually I just worked out at the 24 in concord during my lunch recently.

I think I get enough of what I need to get...I don't get excess body fat and I see gains, however slow.

I have eaten less of the other stuff and more of the good stuff....didn't change anything, felt fuller and more lethargic.

I eat my fair share of healthy food on a consistent basis but I don't have time to fuck around with macro's and weighted food and eat every 3 hours and shit....bad guys don't allow for that. I eat when I can and I eat what I can in the amounts that I feel comfortable with in uniform. I'm not gonna eat 5 1000 calorie meals a day and expect that I can chase a mofo without puking it all out, or be able to sit comfortable on my ass in a patrol car all day long without the urge to poop. Sorry guys, the whole macro's spaced out over a given time doesn't work for me.

lower back issues and you're "squatting" 405? i would really like to see your range of motion or form on anything you do.

and those aren't deadlifts you're doing... they're rack pulls

Wait..... I'm sure you can take a poop break. I mean you can't chase bad guys while clenching your cheeks holding the turtle head in!

Lol I do. I am on day shift and I am constantly shagging calls. Been involved in 3 car chases, my own foot pursuit, and other random shit. Trust me, sitting around with 5-6 thousand calories in your stomach isn't comfortable, and its less comfortable with 30 lbs of gear around your waist and body armor cinched around your stomach lol :puke:

I occasionally take a poop break when my shift partner comes in....first world problems, sitting on the throne and a call comes out that requires your immediate response.

I don't eat a lot on shift, therefore I don't poop a lot on shift.

I feel bad dropping bombs in the back of the pharmacy. Being the only guy they always know when I've been in there.
