    Hey man at least you're doing something about it. I have so many friends 'wanting to go to the gym' but they never do. I don't even waste my breath on them.
    How do you feel about me doing 5x5 followed by 3x8s on compound lifts for gaining mass?
    Same with me. My dad was like I have never ever seen my abs good luck. Watch me pops, i'll get it. He runs like 3 miles a day, and more marathons than I can count so he definitely does his fair share. But where he fails is what he eats.
    I can't lose weight at all. I can't gain weight so I'm going to try this macro stuff. Nothing wrong with trying. And I eat two meals a day, ain't nobody got time for that 6 meals a day shit. Especially in college

    Weighted dips 4x10 with 45lbs
    Flat DB bench 3x10 with 80's
    Declinde DB press 3x10 with 90's
    5x12 flat bench close grip (Thumbs touching) at 135
    Chest extensions with a 75 pounder /burn out reps

    various arm things.

    Brett it's very important to do what works best for you what gets the most pumps because in the end everyone's muscles are different, but here is what i do. I start my lift by doing a 20 rep warm up set usually with 25%1RM, the last 4 reps in that set should be pretty diffcult and burns like hell, then i kick it up to 75%1RM for 8-10 reps, follow by 90%1RM for 4-6 reps, then back to 75% for 8-10 by this time your 75% should feel like 90% and here is to see what you really are made of, then back down to 25% and rep to failuare. usualy when im done with my 5 sets im pumped like hell and i found that works best for me, i use to do 4 sets of 8-10 or 5 sets parymid, but this is what i found works best for me.
