Quoting one more time (then I'm done and we can get back to shit talking lol) but this point is the one no one ever talks about unless it's to attribute everything to "roid rage" (which is a cop out for a lot of shit). The first time you come off, even with PCT, you are likely to feel poorly...watching numbers drop, some weight come off, maybe you get a little puffy if your E isn't all the way in check and then one day someone asks if yu've lost weight or says you're looking smaller...

All of a sudden you are cutting "off cycles" short and eventually just running permanent comp level test. If you're going to be on, monitor your mental health and decision making process...

Serious question, do you really think gear can be run safely?

I’m not sure it can, and by that I mean it can’t be done without long term consequences no matter what. You’ll lose your ability to have kids over time and have increased risk for CV events, and increased risk for cancer (can’t fuck with hormones without doing this).

Which to me is another reason why you have to be all in to use. Your sport has to be worth those consequences. Very few people can commit like that.

Eh, nothing is completely safe. I don't mean safe as in no side effects or long term issues. I mean it as in minimal. But it is possible to monitor your health and if you know the signs early you can adjust or stop. For example, I do bloodwork every 6 months, I also do artery doplar checks every 2 years as well as coronary calcium scanning. Not to mention monitoring blood pressure, heart rate, sleep and all that. And I did all this before ever touching gear.

Also being sterile is a big win for me personally lmao I don't see that as a safety concern or issue.

Relative safety is related to dose and genetics...lots of guys have kids because there's a big difference between 200mg/week and 1.5g/week. But there there is nothing without risk...it's like asking whether alcohol can be consumed safely.

I don't think I do any specific delt focused exercises. I used to do delt flys and lateral raises but mainly just pressing movements now.

I used a bidet once and screamed. Shit hit my asshole at Mach 1 and cleansed the backside of my teeth. I walked out and my buddy’s wife was cracking up and goes “sounds like you found the bidet”

    Pass. Never again.

I start with rear delt flyes leading with the elbow, and standing overhead presses (I use a Swiss bar, pause at the bottom) on my main shoulder day. I hit them 3x a week so the other days are land mine presses, upright rows, and more rear delt flyes.

the biggest thing is taking the traps out of the movement, it’s harder than it sounds.

I’ve never used one. They don’t sound comfortable. Plus my understanding is they were for women. I seriously had no idea they were for ass cleaning until this group started talking about them.
