This is my last week at the desk job.

I already have been more consistently hitting the gym and getting runs in the last two weeks. I actually look forward to going to the gym again :)

Its funny how you don’t know how miserable something makes you until the pressure of it goes away.

I'm aware of the bloody nipples.

Planning on running a half marathon this fall

I think I'll fit in here.

You don’t have to worry too much of that for a half.

Be careful though, a half is a gateway drug to the more fun extreme shit.

I've run about 30 or so half marathons. Seen quite a few +40 yr old guys with the stained shirts. I use the round spot bandages, then apply a cross of regular bandages to hold them in place. If you only use the spots, they'll migrate as soon as you start to sweat.

Key point: chest hair needs to be shaved first.

Foot pics and chest shaving......slippery slope to....?? LOL.

@PackCon - Congrats on the change! Must be something in the air as yesterday was my first day on a new job in an entirely unrelated field to my 30 years of restaurant experience. It was interesting and liberating. Change is good.

To keep it in the context of the thread: Got a 60 mile bike ride in the other day. Think I've solved the tingling/numbing hands problem and I PR'd the shit outta that ride. Good stuff. Take care everyone and go fucking get it!!!

What was your hands problem on the bike? I run into that occasionally as well, but my rides are much shorter, and I haven't been able to narrow the 'why' down.

Honestly I’ve not seen a snapper this size outside of TN.
This brah had to be 2.5 feet long.
