Wanted to do a little before and after. I have lost some strength, size and tone since I'm no longer playing college baseball. Working on the farm and taking classes now. This is basically throwing hay bales, eating our beef and bud light haha. I have started running and lifting before summer baseball starts up...This is before(current), bad pic but you get the idea

that was yesterday man. Just started working out hard again this week. Broke up with the girlfriend a few weeks ago so that has given me a little kick in the ass. going on a couple mile run in morning with a girl who is in ridiculous shape hopefully she goes easy on me haha. The only cardio I have been doing is riding my yz450f... tomorrow will be a wake up call

thanks bro, my last competition was near the end of 2009 right before I turned 22 and I'll be turning 24 soon, this past year I was too busy with finishing college and an internship and then the police academy etc. so I didn't get to train the way I wanted to and did nothing but running so I lost about 20 pounds but I've gained most of it back in the last 3 months, but won't be able to do another competition until I've put on a lot more size but I'll get there eventually :p legs have come pretty easy for me, chest and back have always been good, arms need work though, they're lacking a little in proportion with everything else, that's what I've always struggled with

test charge by EFX I heard is great for bringing natural test back up, other than a good pct, and as far as leaning out your obliques, that's all in refining your diet and hitting the cardio, typically you'll see abs before obliques and the harder you work on the diet and cardio the leaner you'll get and the leaner you get the more obliques you'll see

    Morrison,

    You look great.

    Question.

I have been working out now for 2 years with P90X with great results.

I want to just drop a tad bit more BF%.

I am currently 183. How do I lean that last bit of stubbon off?

    Thanks.

methamphetamines - MDMA - Mr. Finger.... or you could just cut out all forms of bread and carbohydrates.. only eat green vegetables and skinless chicken and excessive amounts of water coupled with lots of cardio but personally i'd choose meth

    :)

Oh and for the user who posted about returning hormone levels to homeostasis due to not using a PCT... i cycled 3 times with Prohormones without a PCT and the last time i used them i used a PCT. for a long time i was unable to even have sex... but it slowly returned on its own however a shutdown really sucks so if you have good luck with the test let me know.

my hormones are still a little off balance so i was definitely thinking about using a natural test booster but i dont want to do anymore damage

    The ECTOMORPH
    Definitive "Hard Gainer"
    Delicate Built Body
    Flat Chest
    Fragile
    Lean
    Lightly Muscled
    Small Shouldered
    Takes Longer to Gain Muscle
    Thin

The extreme ectomorph physique is a fragile and delicate one. The bones are light, joints are small and muscles are slight. The limbs are relatively long in proportion and the shoulders droop. The ectomorph is a linear physique. Straight up and straight down, and may appear longer than he or she really is, due to the length of limbs coupled with lack of muscle mass developed on those limbs. The ectomorph is not naturally powerful and will have to work hard for every ounce of muscle and every bit of strength he or she can gain.

    Other Ectomorph Traits

The extreme ectomorph may have long fingers, toes and neck are long. A pencil neck you could say. The features of the face are sharp, and the shape of the face is triangular. The lower jaw is somewhat receding. The skin tends to burn easily. Extreme ectomorphs may suffer from extremes of temperature. Due to the great body area in relation to muscle mass, the ectomorph may suffer from great heat, and due to low body fat, the ectomorph may suffer from great cold. The hair is fine and grows quickly and is sometimes difficult to keep in place.

    Famous Ectomorphs

Lisa Kudrow, Kate Moss, Brad Pitt, Seth Green, Edward Norton.

this is me in a nutshell. I suffer from extreme heat but never extreme cold. I am amazing i might add
