That’s tough. Can I ? Absolutely lol. I even have a welding machine

but we have been renting since we followed the navy around and neither rent house nor apartment has had the right breaker to support the welding machine. So at the moment, I cannot.

Naw its still in its prime.

I had a claim with a totaled 4R TRD Pro. I swear I almost cried with the guy over it.
Can’t you just put one in? Then take it out later? I mean assuming the breaker is in the garage.

    Hey y'all,

I found what I think is a pretty decent deal on Craigslist and I'm looking for general input before I pull the trigger:

    - Rogue SML-2 Squat Stand (Spotter arms + matador dip + pull up bar)
    - HG Bumpers (10/25/35/45 lb pairs)
    - Rogue echo 2.0 bar

for $1200. (To get all this new + shipping/tax is $2000).

Does anyone have any advice on this vs. alternative squat stand as a first or lifetime squat stand? I don't want a full cage, but might be down to convert this to a half-rack when I have a bigger garage. My bench press/squat sucks so I'm not moving any kind of significant weight right now. Looking to get anyone's thoughts.

    Thanks for the input!

Think it all depends on how much you lift. I personally think that rack is just fine. I think my day of squatting over 225lbs are over.

If you squat 405+ regularly probably going to prefer a full cage. They make really nice foldable wall attached cages that look bad ass.

I say buy it. If the rack leaves anything to be desired sell it and upgrade.

Yeah I'm definitely not squatting 405+ regularly. Recovering from a nice BJJ ankle sprain.

Test levels before starting HRT- 515
Test levels 6 weeks in at 160mg- 810
We upped the dose to 200mg/week and are shooting for that 1,000-1,100 range

Estrogen and everything else is in a great range as well

I feel fcking amazing too. Eating every bit of 200-220+g/protein a day currently as well.

It’s all going through a medical professional and we are regularly doing lab work and keeping an eye on everything.

I just don’t care to post allll the details as it’s not really necessary as long as the doc and I are good with it all.

Yeah hydrate helps. So does a daily low dose aspirin.

If your levels do get high your Dr can have you sent for therapeutic phlebotomy where they just take your blood and then dispose of it.

Yes , my hematologist / oncologist won't do that procedure . The majority of persons with blood disorders like mine their RBC , HCT , & HGB values crash. My Values are in the upper range which is somewhat of a good thing
