Actually I hit the ground hard as hell, didn’t really feel much. Happened too fast.

But I look like I got hit with a baseball bat across my arm lol

When people ask me what happened I just look down and say “I really shouldn’t push his buttons so much”.

    Gorgeous views! I’m jelly!
I really need to move to WA.

I used to take my daughter's dog trail running with me. Half the time he'd trip me and of course I just plain tripped plenty. Man you hit the ground fast. SLAM!! then the dog was licking my face. You ok? Lol.

Its not a trail run till you eat shit. Thats what I always say. :)

Most of my falls happen in slow motion and then end up not being really falls but there is no one there so see my ninja moves except a squirrel and I’m like

Forgot to post about Great Lakes Strongest Man 22… not that anyone was waiting, just because I posted about it before.

    Events:
    Press - tied for second
    Carry medley - first place
    Deadlift - third place
    Frame carry - second
    Loading event - second

Overall I took second in my weight class. Felt super disappointing because I selfishly always expect to win and first place was in my grasp, the main separation only being four tenths of a second in the carry event :annoyed:

At least the guy who beat me this year routinely places top 5 in nationals so at least the competition that showed up this year was good.

    Didn’t say that!
Hitting yourself with sticks doesn’t do anything for strength or recovery.
