    Question for everyone... Today I had legs. I did a leg press/squats superset. Is my ass supposed to burn during these exercises? It seems as though my quads are in fact tired after it, but during it, almost all of the intensity/burning is in my ass! Thoughts?

    Intensity and burning in your ass? Lol thats not normal buddy! :p :D

    But yes, squats work it all. You will see and feel hardness in the glutes from squats especially during intense sessions. No homo.

    x2 im vegetarian, Iv been a veggy for 5 years now and milk and eggs are the way to go. :thumbsup: and i use to be that big back in high school, but now id rather make grades then keep a buff body, i cant do both :(. i study my nights away so if i dont wake up at 5 and get a 6am work out in then it doesnt happen haha but i go like at least 4 times a week.

    but 6am work outs are the best, your body is fresh from sleep and when you finish you have your whole day ahead of you, plus if you get a good workout in puts you in a good mood :D

    anyone else like the morning workouts?

    i got really sick and injured my shoulder i have been out of the gym for 2 and a half weeks now. arrrgggh once my health is better ill be back in
