^ this too. speaking of legs and such, i just came back from the gym I WAS SOOOOOO PISSED!!!!!
so i was gonna do jefferson squats, 3x10 squats, and stiff leg deads for main course and finish with some quad and ham isolations, well after the 3x10 squat, i've musta popped a blood vessel in my nose cuz after i switch to stiff leg deads, my nose was like a freaking water fall of blood, had to leave early cuz it kept bleeding

    Anyways, here is the workout.
Been trying this lower volume lower intensity legs routine its working awesome, i get a huge pump and i feel the after burn for hours after

Squats 3x10, using 80% max effort 3 reps per sets 10 sets 1-5 mins rest i started at 315 went all the way up to 405

Jefferson squat, one of my fav leg exercise right now, really hit the small muscles that big compound doesn't hit, did 4 sets of 135

Stiff leg deads for hammy, get that stretch used 135, 6 reps sets for 4, but i got to 3 and my nose decide to go off like a fire hydrant.

was gonna do some burn out sets of quad extension and ham curl but didn't get to.

I wouldn't worry about the weight he squats if he doesn't have the form down yet...form first.

Anyone have troubles eating when it gets really hot out? I just can't scarf down all the food like I can when it's cold... Working outside year round sucks sometimes.

I just have started to back working out after about 6 months. I've been on and off for the last few years, mainly due to school. I luckily must have some kind of good genes that make me get skinnier when I stop working out instead of fat, but I can beef back up pretty quickly.

Anyway, I've been back working out for the past 2 weeks. But I decided to get some supplements to maybe entice myself to keep working out, regardless of how busy I get. Got some good clean protein of course and I got some Beast brand creatine. It's called Creature and it's a blend of 4 types of supposedly advanced creatine: Creapure, Creatine MagnaPower, Creatine AKG, and Creatine Anhydrous. I got it because I have used the plain old GNC creatine monohydrate for initially bulking up with some success. But this stuff was on sale so I gave it a shot. Loaded it for the first week, and didn't really notice it much besides a lack of soreness. But man, this second week I've been working out like a beast (pun intended). I know I haven't taken it long, but this week I have been working out like I have been back lifting for 6 months. Like I said, my muscles do respond to working out pretty quickly, but never this quick. Maybe my body is responding really quick because I've never taken anything but protein and cheap creatine; not an advanced creatine. I'm pretty sure this stuff is the reason though. No bloating, seem to be recovering quickly, muscles seem to be responding fast, and the citrus flavor tastes like yellow Gatorade. That's a big plus, taking a supplement without the urge to vomit. So far this stuff is great and I just wanted to share this with anybody interested.

If it's still as awesome after I finish this supply, I'll definitely be getting some more.

Yeah, that's all I have taken before this. But I gave this stuff a shot and it's working pretty freaking good.

I am taking the powder form, but they have it in tablet form too. The powder mixes up well too. No chunks at the bottom. The company is called Beast Sports Nutrition.

Lol I took a supplement once and this happened to me. It was a while back and I don't think it was BCAAs.
