    He does have pretty nasty skin, shouldn't for his age. He is about 6'2, I'd say 220 lbs. He did 315 on the bench 8-10 times yesterday, I about shit my pants.

    That's really not that crazy. I'm sure there are multiple dudes on this forum that could put up 315. That guy sounds like a dude that has some years under his belt lifting. Nothing more.
    Is this your first time seeing someone put up 315?

    It's not that he threw up 315, its that he did it 8 times, after doing 275 10 times. The dude is ripped, no doubt about it, but his frame isn't any different than mine, he is just an inch or two taller. It's his complexion that makes me suspicious.

    Those could also be:
    balding - genetics (very common)
    acne - bad diet (very, very common)
    redness - combination of genetics and bad diet and/or pre workout

    Give me some noxplod and I guarantee my upper torso and face will turn red. Not to mention my pants will turn brown

    Sorry if I offended you. Not sure if you directed this quote to me. I have more than 20 years experience. I've trained all over this country and in other countries. I'de like to say I've seen it all but everytime I walk into the gym I see something that makes me shake my head. I kind of get the same vibe on this forum.

    I'm a no nonsense, no BS lifter. I tell it like I see it. My undergraduate degree is in Exercise Science, and I've competed in both bodybuilding and powerlifting. My philosophy on training has evolved over the years and is not the norm. It is however, based on facts and fundamentals.

    You know this thread is called gym/workouts right? People go to the gym to do things other than powerlift/bodybuild, and this in now way makes them posers.
