Btw SpeedoJosh that mobility work on the wrist really made a difference, i was actually able to rest the bar on my chest while holding it with 3 fingers with almost no pain at all.

On what? I havent maxed out on anything really. 295 is my dl max, around there for low bar squat but I do high bar now which is around 225. No idea for the bench, I don't have a training partner so ive never tried for bench.

No worries man. That's awesome. Keep at it. The more you work in that position the easier it gets too.

Alpha, you can use a knee brace for compression when walking around I guess, but usually with compression, you wrap it with like an ACE wrap. The compression is to keep the swelling away.

Also, with elevation, try to get it over heart level, so when laying, prop leg up.

Of course it also depends on how bad your injury is. Some simple Rest and Ice can go a loooooooong ways in recovery.

decline dumbbell press is a pain. i have set up a bench on either side of decline bench to grab the weights off of but it still is more of a workout getting into position then the exercise itself.

    Where is the pain?

I have been having knee pain at the very top of the knee for months. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and he said it was 100% normal. I was happy, but sad at the same time... He said my hammys are really tight which can cause constant strain on the knee because the are always wanting to pull the knee back from a straight position.

That's just me though, not sure what kind of pain you guys have.

Mine is on the outside of my right knee, towards the back of my leg. Feels like it did when I hurt it wakeboarding. Never went to the Dr about it. Just did the RICE trick and it went away after a week or so. Hurtin pretty bad now, though. Can't hardly walk down stairs. Can go up fairly easily. Comin down hurts like a mother.
