in your accident, was you knee twisted or was it over extended? there could be scare tissue which could be fixed with ultra sound treatment.

So today was my first day back in the gym after a week off, and good thing too; I barley got any sleep last week due to finals and projects.

Work out was going well. Felt very strong through out, matching and exceeding weight lifted before my break. Today was Chest, Biceps and squats day.

During squats, I warmed up, and loaded up the barbell with 225 lbs. I think used improper form and rounded my lower back during the squat, so my lower back is now stiff and sore. FU****

Right now just stretching and resting my back so I can get back into the gym tomorrow.

Next time you squat, increase your intrabdominal pressure, that way your lower back will be strengthened by the pressure in your abdomen making it harder to over arch.

Yeah i rest anywhere from 1 min to 5 mins between sets, usually i do around 10-12 sets, i start with higher reps around 8-10 for couple sets to exhaust the slow twitch muscle fibers then i go for powerlifting style and doing doubles and triples with around 90% max weight to incorporate the fast twitch fibers.

Had dinner at Rodizio Brazilian Steakhouse today. I ate like a boss. Considering the price I'm glad that I did!
