So had something kinda weird happen today... Was doing some cleans and my left wrist just kinda went full retard on me and couldnt get the bar flipped. I was kinda miffed bc it wasnt very heavy and i hadnt done very many. Grabbed a 5lb plate and rolled it around for a min and back to normal. I guess i need to start using gloves with alittle wrist support. Didnt feel any pain or anything and its not sore....

I was stuck below 200 lbs for a long time...until I told myself that I would put up 225, so I put 225 on there and got a spotter and put it up. Then I 1RM'd at 235..mind over matter.

IF you are going for strength, stick with 2-4 reps on heavy weights. train your CNS before your muscles. also like kodiak said mind over matter you are not gonna find your limit with out failing.

Because we've all been that guy, crying on the bench with the bar on our ribs unable to get it back in the rack because uncle touched me one time....

Not a fan of rack pulls unless I'm going for heavy shrugs, then I incorporate both.
