    Was sitting at home about to destroy a bottle of midnight moonshine, decide to do some DL instead, hit 7 singles failed one, 225, 315, 365, 405, 455, 475, 500(failed). CNS was Fubar so i went home. sure beats drinking and watching dexter

    I went into a GNC the other day and this guy was like "suuuppp....wuuttt brringss youuu in tooodaay"

    Me: Lookin for some good drugs.

    And it went down hill from there...the guy turned into a total dick and really couldn't care less what I bought..

    Doing a run of DAA & erase w. clean eating (currently two weeks in). So far endurance is up, waist is slimming up, and starting to dry out a bit. I'll let you guys know if the stack is worth the 45 bucks.

    i think the last time i stepped foot in a GNC was 2007...lol... and it was one on base so it was cheaper than usual. if i need a quick RTD protein shake or tub of aminos or something i'll hit up vitamin shop

    The town where I live has like 3 GNC's...the closest Vitamin Shoppe is like 45 min away... :pout:

    Plan on maxing on the three lifts. Will be the first time in a good two years.

    Just started lifting for weight on the bar about half a year ago. Wasted a half year before that doing isolations ect. Bodies not ready for that.

    Current: 185 bench, 225 below parallel squat, 295 deadlift

    Hoping for: 205 bench, 245 squat? (cant judge. hatred towards squats), 315 dead lift

    We'll see though :rolleyes:

    This chalk makes a huge difference. I do 315 no chalk 350 plus chalked.

    I'll be happy as a clam when I can get 225 up on bench. My current max is 210. These long arms and an unhappy shoulder make heavy weight days difficult.
