Well, after 6 months of first time weight lifting:

    Bench 180 max
    Squat 210 max
    Deadlift 225 max

What are your guy's preferred morning, pre workout, post workout, and night supps? Also what vitamins are you taking and when? I wanna pick up some extra supps this weekend

I've been doing a mix of strength and hi-rep workouts in the same session. I start off with a strength exercise and continue with lower weight.

    Ex.

    Shoulders

standing shoulder press 5x5 with 115lbs

    superset: Front raise 4x12-15 25lbs
    Lateral raise 4x12-15 20lbs
    reverse fly 4x12-15 15lbs

and i'll continue with other miscellaneous shoulder workouts with low weight and high reps.

Any Pros and Cons you can think of?

Steroids are cheaper, and work better. :anonymous:

Morning supp - 1/3 lb burger, couple eggs, and multiple pieces of bacon.
    Pre-workout - water, bubblegum
    Post-workout - Protein and carbs
Night time - protein and carbs

Save your money from buying up a bunch of supplements. Unless you're competing and need every little inch of help you can get, then why worry? Invest in some protein powder and eat a lot of food. It will help you leaps and bounds over the crap you buy at a vitamin store. If you're having trouble gaining I would bet unlimited amounts of money that you could fix it with food.

I eat pretty well. Grew up on a lot of organic foods and grains. Now i try to eat a lot of red meat, chicken, grains, fruits and vegetables. My hardest problem is eating enough per day.

I've been lifting weights for 13 years now and the only supplements I know to work are (creatine, pro hormones (1-AD, Havoc (epistane) etc), 6OXO, PES erase, and a good per workout drink). Only vitamin I really take it D,E, and CoQ10. I'm trying DAA right now I'll post up once I finish my 8 week run. Pretty much everything else can be derived from a healthy diet ( I haven't bought protein in years).

I would assume your CNS is stronger enough, sounds like you don't treat it right.

If you're lifting so heavy, each day your CNS is fucked up, lower the weight and take more rest time dude.
