What do you feel about eggs? Would a breakfast burrito consisting of tortilla, cheese, and eggs be bad? I mean obviously but is it that bad?

Yeah I range from about 3k to 3.5k a day. Bulking ;) Its when you wanna cut, lean down, and train is when you have to get crazy about counting

My 2 cents... All of it is good except for cheese. Im not a fan of dairy because it isnt the best for your body... But protein from the eggs, good cholesterol from the yoke, and a decent amount of carbs from the tortilla. In general they arent that healthy. If you can find Ezekial Tortillas Id say it'd be a bomb ass breakfast. Oh and try to shoot for a 2:1 ratio of egg whites to whole eggs

Also, eggs are a great slow digesting protein so it keeps you fuller longer and keeps your body anabolic rather than catabolic

    Keeps your ATP up ;)

I'm with KCDuran on that one. I eat 5-6 egg whites and 3 of the yolks everyday for breakfast, along with some type of carb (bagel, wheat bread with peanut butter, etc. Ezekial bread is soooo good for you, so if you can find that, that'd be good. If not, whole wheat bread will suffice (that's what I use). Just don't overdo it on the yolks...more than 2-4 a day probably isn't that great for you. I'm a big fan of cheese. It's not that great for ya, but it's damn good. Pretty much anything from an animal is fair game to me lol. But anyway, that sounds like a good breakfast to me. The more egg white's, the better...your farts are gonna smell nasty as fuck though lol. My gf bitches about that a lot.

I need an inexpensive alternative for my Whey Protein drink. I usually drink the Blue Bonnet French Vanilla but it costs between $44-$50 for roughly 30 scoops/drinks

    Any suggestions?

    With good flavor too.

Optimum Nutrition at Vitamin Shoppe is 53 bucks for 70+ servings, I really like their strawberry and strawberry banana flavors.

Since people are posting pics of themselves figured I'd join in.

Fat picture was April 23, 2013 191 lbs., not as fat picture was 8-14-13 177 lbs. I weighed in at 175 today at the gym. Didn't really realize I had gotten so fluffy but happy to back to a decent shape!

That's kind of a standard price... If you buy in bulk it helps too... I'm a huge fine of ON products so I buy all my stuff in bulk at bodybuilding.com

Tuna fish is 83 cents a can at Wal Mart. All protein powder is gonna be pricey. Wal Mart also has their own brand of whey that works just as good as they expensive stuff. Optimum Nutrition is my personal favorite, though. A little over a dollar a day.

Eggs are fine. Don't worry about the fat/cholesterol. If someone tells you eating fat makes you fat, punch them in the throat and keep walking.

I easily put down six whole eggs a day (which isn't a lot), and have no ill side effects.

I wouldn't recommend the tortilla or cheese, but that's me. Different strokes.

For protein, if you have issues with whey, try beef protein. It's come a long way since it initially came out. Much cheaper, (runs the same as about any other protein), and taste much better then a couple years ago.

^ Hope you're eating a whole lot of fiber

No matter how fit you are that much cholesterol is bad especially on a daily basis. But why not do one egg and egg whites? Unless you're buying whole sale, egg eaters are cheaper. At least in my part of Cali.
