All good shit. No bro science quoted.
I don't understand why it's so hard for people to workout 1-2 times less a week from their 6-7 day routine? I've heard of being neurotic, but I think this goes straight from that to a daddy/fat kid in kickball or some other root issue. Whatever, they can live the life of pills once their body says enough, and I'll take my 3 days off a week and engage in tomfoolery, which will probably result in just as bad of "side effects" but at least I didn't get them while looking at a bunch of sweaty dudes.

There is a piece of the puzzle missing with mr overtrain, I wouldn't get too worked up about it. It's impossible to look like that with the diet and training schedule he posted.

I know that. But, there seemed to be a couple others who nay-sayed the possibility of overtraining, and I'm sure there are more that read and do not post. Just reiterating what was already reiterated so we don't have some guy going out there trying to lift 7 days a week. Then 6 months down the road when he's depressed/tired every second he's out of the gym, and his di*k doesn't work he's coming on here asking for supplement advice to fix his issues. :laser:

Although, I hear if you grind down deer antlers and mix it with your PWO shakes, you get double the gains. :D

    totally!

But really it's what is finding out that works best for you and what you like.. Also it depends on your goals and how you want to live your life... Exercise to be in shape or to be cut or ripped or jacked... what ever... just about doin you... my honest opinion

but everyone should be eating healthy. proper nutrition is something we're not stressing in this country.... it pisses me off to see a coke is cheaper than water... or you can feed a family cheaper on McDonalds than with food from your local stores... wtf is this crap lol

I think you can still train 6x a week and not overtrain...but when you do tons of volume, heavy weight - you are asking for it...a few sets of a muscle group and some calves won't hurt ya...it's the guys that do 20+'sets, heavy weight, 60mins cardio daily that are over training...and more than likely - under eating...forgive my responses if they are out of order- I just got zapped and hour ago, and my balls are under some pressure lol

I about launched a table at the TV the other night. Had some news lady at the fair with her kids, and they wanted to eat healthy. So they called in an "expert". Dude claimed some krispy creme doughnut sandwich was healthier then the turkey leg b/c of the calories and fat in the turkey leg being higher.

Agreed. I've never worked out more than 4 days a week and I'm completely happy with my results. All that 7 days a week and 2 a day crap is just too much time, IMO. Enjoy your damn weekends!

There's a dude at the gym I work at that tried that, prohormone pills (Finaflex and Stenadrol) and now he's on 'Mass Drops.' He's 19 and has been working out for like 6 months. I told him he's fucking his liver and hormones up so bad, but of course he doesn't care. It's gonna suck when he's got tits and cant get it up in a few years lol.

I know a guy that hits every body part twice a week and does it in 4 days! He doesn't do any cardio and eats around 5000 cals a day. Eating like that is the only way to support a rigorous program like that, but the majority of people overtraining aren't eating half that and are missing out on their GAINZZZ

---- He's probably eating enough and if he's training that much, it's probably a few sets for each muscle group.

    The better coast
You can train 7 days a week, Just have 5 active days and 2 passive days.

Passive days are pretty much just to get the blood flowing and your heart up. It's pretty much cardio like an easy 30-60 minutes on a spin bike or treadmill. rowing machine works well to just dont get to all into it :D
