Just keep in mind, Jack3d will give false positive readings for amphetamines...from info I received while in the military, they are about to restrict its use. Just be careful with it!

Mon - Legs (box squats, romanian deadlifts, calves till they burn like hell)
Tue - Chest (bench press, incline, cable flys, dips, whatever I'm feeling at the time really)
Wed - Shoulders (front & side lat raises, shoulder press, reverse flys, extra core workouts as well)
Thu - Back (chin ups, deadlifts, bent over rows, dumbell rows)
Fri - (pretty much whatever I feel like I slacked on that week, extra arm and core stuff)

Eat tons of great food, focus on protein and vegtables (IMO) Take a multivitamin twice a day (no iron in it!) If you're gonna constantly destroy your muscles you gotta give your body what it needs to rebuild them.

Thanks matt. Vibrams....boo that. Because it seems to be the trend at my gym, I refuse to wear them. I do the shoes off thing at the beginning so my feet aint stank yet. Lol. Im a crew chief at nellis afb. I dont know any j's that would have been around your time frame. Though, I probably know some of your instructors at indoc. Maybe, even the commandant.

Speaking of not wanting to conform, I got some Merrell True Glove's today. Same technology as Vibram's and Skele-toes but without the funny toes. They still look goofy, but are very comfortable. Haven't done a leg or back workout in them yet but I'll post up how it goes here when I do!

^ You're gonna love 'em! I've been running with Merrel Trail Gloves for a few months now and my speed and stamina have gone through the roof. It'll take a bit to get used to the new technique (check Merrell's barefoot website and watch the videos) but you'll be amazed at how much better running feels once you build up the muscles.

For those of you who work out. I'm looking to get into a little better shape but dont necessarily want to go to the gym. Is there any workouts at home I can do w/o equipment?

I finally joined a gym about 2 months ago after working out in my basement. Much better gains with better equipment. Plus going with my roommate, we can motivate each other. I've gained 6 pounds which for me is a lot with my metabolism. Small genes in my family, I'm 5'11" and 140.
