i've never actually tried talking to a chick at the gym. Wifey usually goes with me (gotta keep them women in shape! :p)
but i have been approached at the gym a few times :spy:

Start it off with askin how many more sets they have on the machine. you can tell if she is a "B" or if she may possibly beinterested in her reply.
she will either smile and start to flirt...or she will roll her eyes and say she is done right now

Something along the lines of "Hey, what do you bench? Your chest is huge." Yea, I'd have a weight coming my way at a high rate of speed.

Must be the beard and the glasses...:p

I'm usually at the gym with an agenda, and that's to workout. I know most other people are there for the same reason, but damn there's some beautiful ladies in there and the agenda can change pretty quick or just completely go away haha

quick question yall, i hurt myself earlier this year and stopped working out.

im in the clear now but lately ive been lethargic and putting off going to the gym, not to mention having an outta whack sleep schedule.

first off i go to bed around 230 and wake up between 11 and 12, ive been trying to go to bed earlier, but usually just cant sleep

second i dont eat much during the day anymore, just one meal a day!

between not eating much, being lethargic and my sleep apnea i think i may have a vitamin deficieancy do any of yall have an affordable but good multi vitamin?

or any other suggestions to get rid of my lethargisism lol

also im kinda embarrissed about how much strength i lost, but ill get over it, hopefully...

Is your sleep schedule due to work?

I was the same way, but started waking myself up around 8-830am, which will change your time to go to sleep earlier. I was always up passed 12 to 2 and woke up around 10-11. But once you start waking up earlier, you'll fall asleep earlier as well.

Go run around you house 12 times then at 10pm haha. Sorry man I dunno, but waking up earlier fixed whatever was keeping me up late.

I don't mind Crossfit but I don't think its for everyone. Everyone's body responds different to it. Its not for me I know that, when I have done Crossfit, I lost muscle strength, mass and weight.

I combine high rep low weight with low rep high weight, a balanced high protein medium carb diet and some cardio and I'm doing great. 6'1" 190 @ 6-7% BF.
