Did this at the end of my bench workout. All I can say is damn. Made it till the third guy quit in the video and finished the rest on my knees as best I could. Excellent finisher!

Haha. I totally would if I wasn't already sick of doing 10 years of pushups. When I was in the Army, we were required to do as many pushups as possible in 2 min. Well in 2 min, I would hit about 120, while most of my comrades were doing 60-80ish. They asked what my pushup routine was. I told them, flat bench, incline bench, and weighted dips. I never did pushups outside of morning PT.

Don't get me wrong, that is tough to do. But once I got a taste of strongman, it was like an addiction.

I'm trying this tomorrow at the gym I work at with some people. I'm gonna try to tape it and put it up...if everyone lets me. It looks intense

What would be the best cardio workout to lose weight, run 1.5 miles, 15 min of elliptical or 15 min of row machine? I typically start my workout with 15 minutes of cardio but lately feel like the runs aren't doing as much. Would the elliptical or row machine be a better option or should I just rotate them around?

    Run 3 miles.....faster!

15min of cardio isn't going to do much for weight loss or even boost cardio, it's more of a warm up. You would need at least 30-45min but that's still only burning a few hundred calories......abs are made in the kitchen!

Whenever I'm cutting, I do HIIT. More specifically, this HIIT by Obe Obedike:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ask-the-ripped-dude-whats-the-best-form-of-hiit.html
It burns bodyfat like nothing I've ever done before, and you've only got to do it 2-3 times a week. His nickname is "The World's Most Ripped Fitness Model", so he knows his shit lol

Much easier for a naturally lean guy to look like this than try to maintain something that doesn't fit your body type. Don't get me wrong, that still takes a lot of hard work.

LOL glad you enjoyed the pain. Try keeping your elbows pointed back and pinch your arm to your ribs at the bottom. Helps to activate the lats instead of burning out the shoulders more. Helps very little though, still sucks!

I'm heading in to do a very similar workout this afternoon. Had a dead lift sesh this morning and worked up to 3x3 at 218kg. Hoping to C&J 140 kilos by the end of it. Out of curiosity, what oly shoes do you use?

I did it again today as a cool-down. Made it to the 3 minute mark today. After that, a friend was doing legs, so we did it squats with 135 on and made about a minute in...fucking ridiculous
