    Yea, no shit. Dudes drop $200+ a month on supplements. Just get the real deal. Guaranteed gains, none of that "clinical studies" nonsense. Probably safer if done correctly.

    I take protein. Beef protein to be exact as I avoid dairy. Everything else comes from food I cook. Before I'd go out to load up on supplements, I'd just hit up some buddies for their "lipids". But, I don't compete, so no worries. Once I hit 40, you better believe I'll get on TRT though. Even if I have to pre-load to "fail" the test-test.

    friend of mine drops almost triple that monthly on supps. crazy shit


    all I know is he went from being 170 and having a 255lb deadlift to 210 and a 550

    Yep. I have a friend who makes pretty good money and he eats chicken or fish 7 times a day. No supplements whatsoever and he is a beast. 99% of the shit out there is bullshit, anyway.

    Man, if y'all aren't doing the antler spray, you're missing out on all KINDZ of GAINZ

    That's what I'm saying...why spend $200/month on a bunch of bullshit when you can go get some test and gain 25 lbs in 3 months lol. Not my particular strategy, but it beats the hell out of throwing money in the toilet.

    haha me too, man! There's nothing wrong with it, as long as it's not abused.


    But the problem with supplements is that people get on 84 different things and see results and they're like, "Oh this shit works. I can bench 250 now..." Well, if you eat right and lift right, you're gonna see gains. I'd say, do a clinical trial on yourself. Start eliminating all that crap, one by one, and see what happens...for one, that wallet will get fat.

    Again, I'm not saying it's all bullshit. That shit might work for some folks, but I'll stick to food, a protein supp, and creatine b/c it's been getting me pretty damn far haha....and I've still got money left over to buy food, which some would argue is more important that supplements
