    I know man, even an okay deads suit is like 200 bucks plus
    those people are nowhere near strong enough to be on gear

    still some strong ass kids even with gear on
    pretty sure its people sharing gear, can't really share shoes cus of the size difference.
    i know but most of them actually have pretty good mobility, not much knee caving in going on there

    Oh okay haha. From some of my time on the bb forums, "gear" has a whole different meaning lol

    haha yep. I bench 285 and let it sit on my chest for a good second to be sure that I'm not cheating.

    Haha I know. This kid puts 45's on the preacher curl bar and it looks like he's break dancing. And my chest is only 45''...if I measured right

    I'm definitely not a powerlifter. It's all about aesthetics, baby! Although, I do try to get my deads, squats, and bench as high as possible

    that's what I was thinking...too young too lol

    To prevent that, I started giving back its own solo day. I do 4 exercises, 4 sets of 10 and try to do 4 different ones every week...machine week, weights, week, body weight week. I had the same problem.

    i do back and bi's together:
    reverse push ups (or whatever they are called, edit: inverted row)
    incline curls
    wide grip pullups (assisted)
    preacher curls
    seated v-grip rows
    hammer curls
    bent over rows
