What are ya'll working out today? Im doing legs... focusing on form in the squats so not going too heavy... woo! im excited to go already!!!! RAGE!

 

hate to be that dude, but I'm doing chestnbi's today and saving legs for tomorrow.

 

I was just thinking I may do arms today... just because I saw thor last night and im running on about 4 hours of sleep....

 

the pre-weekend workout. gotta get your chest and bi's swoll for the ladies.

Deadlifted 265 x 9 times yesterday. New PR. Form was good, well it felt good I guess. Also, I just can't progress on my front squat. Stuck at 135 x 6 reps or so. I usually do them the same day as deadlifts as it's opposite muscles pretty much, any thoughts? I do normal squats 3 days prior to front squats.

 

I hate front squats haha

 

I havent deadlifted or squatted heavy since my knee surgery

I heard if you yell or grunt really loud so everyone at the gym hears you it helps....
