I'm with ya there! If I got free supplements, I'd have no problem taking all the b/s, but since I don't, I'll stick to what I know works: protein and creatine.

If you could be sponsored my any company, what would it be? Optimum Nutrition for me.

If my supplement company had half the success Muscle Pharm does, I'd be proud too. (not that I have one)

They even have a gym they built in Denver with everything including a lab on site, a 40 running turf, a full gym and a fighting ring.

Wtf. That thing is a joke right? Buy all these products from my company, and you'll loose fat and build muscle. (Never heard that one before) Just looks at the pics. Guy lost 20lbs, shredded nothing but fat, and even put on a good amount of muscle in three weeks. Just like the pics the dude posted a couple pages back. Either the time frame is longer, or real "supplements" were used. That's just a marketing scam to get gullible people to buy there supplements. If you follow it just for the workouts bc you want to change it up, then cool. But, you aren't going to get the results they imply wether you take their couple hundred bucks worth of supplements or not.

By proud, I mean that everything with an MP logo on it is expensive AF

Agree 100%. I am gonna do the workout, though, as I need to change mine up anyway. Their aren't any 'secret' workouts out there that SHRED fat, it's HOW you work out and what reps you do. I'm simply doing it just to change up my current routine. They can shove the supps up their ass...

The pics are a marketing scam yes, the workout is not. I have experienced this workout on a good diet without the supps Cory says to take, it works. It gets you shredded quick.

Instead of knocking the program, try it to see if you get results. This is one of very few programs that I recommend because I personally see results from it.

The supps are protein, a fat burner, CLA and their multi vitamin. You take protein anyway, you don't have to take theirs; most people consume either enough food for the vitamins or take a multi, and if you wanna kick start the fat loss, you can take the fat burner...or not. It's been pretty fail safe for me thus far.

Might as well just share this here. (I normally don't give input into this thread a lot) But if you are looking for a new rep style, I have been going this and gaining good strength and size.

    5 rounds of
    5 reps light
    5 reps medium
    5 reps heavy
-about 2 minutes between sets or so
(yeah so its 75 reps total, but I've been loving it.)

I normally do it on bench or bell press, all legs, lats.
