some machines i like some i don't. stuff like i like rowing machine for back. seated rows, isolation rows ect. and i only use weight plated machines, cables are for chumps.
i only use machines for accessory work, seems like most people at my gym use machines as primary work.

 

The only machine I touch in the gym is myself...ha jk. I don't like machines, but I'll use them every now and then.

just get yourself some test and be done with it. Sounds like you wanna juice, but are either scared or don't know enough about it. If you don't know enough about it, you don't need to be taking orals either. Orals are WAAAAY more dangerous, my friend. Like Eric said, "take steroids or stay natty, those people in between are the biggest pussy in the world." I'm not advocating juice, I'm just saying either take a PH or don't...don't half-ass it.

There's always time to stare at dat ass when working out. In my case, it's dat girlfriend's ass, but an ass nonetheless.

 

Well gentlemen, I had to go to hell on earth today b/c I ran out of protein last night and if I ordered it from bodybuilding, it wouldn't be here until Saturday, so I had to go to GNC to get my whey. I fucking hate that place. As soon as I walked in, the guru of all things fitness walks up to me and asks if I needed any help. I said, "No thanks, I'm here for ON whey and that's it." That's when the sales pitch started..."aw man, that stuff is garbage. You gotta try this new stuff with nitrogen technology....blah blah blah." I zoned out for about 5 mins and just said, "no thanks. I just want a tub of ON whey and I'll be fine." She kept on and kept on and I finally had to get rude. I said, "I'm sorry, but I hate GNC. I only came in here b/c I need this shit today and I don't need to hear about the crap you're trying to sell me b/c it's no better than any other crap in here. ON is a reputable brand and it's the brand I like. I'm not going to buy what you're trying to sell me b/c it's not going to make me lose 25 lbs in 4 weeks, while maintaining all my muscle (that's what she told me). Just ring me up for my ON and I'll be outta here." She finally got the hint and, as she was ringing me up, she said, "do you want to sign up for the GNC rewards card? It's only $15?" I shit you not, I looked her dead in the eye and said, "are you fucking kidding me?", paid and walked out.

IDK about you guys but costco always sell good protein for cheap. usually 5lb tub for under 50 bucks. But i like ON and Dymatize, because they are cheap good quality and reputable brands. i like MTS whey too

 

yeah I see those crazy awesome deals.... but ill stay true to ON till the day I die now haha love that stuff

 

... i gotta try this "ON" i know muscle milk is iffy with people but monster milk worked for me pretty good. i like the fact that it had alot of different aminos along with whey AND casein so i didnt have to buy multiple products. down side its damn expensive and i cant get it in a huge size, or atleast i havent found it yet

 

I buy ON 5 lb tubs at Vitamin Shoppe, 53 bucks.
