    There are different versions of this exercise that can be done. Decline bench works well. If you have a glute/ham sit-up machine in your gym those are killer for this exercise.

    I've been doing it since Oct 09'. Absolutely love it and can't imagine doing anything else ever again.

    At first just go for the 1hr long class until you got a good feel for it and get use to the soreness of it all. After a while, jump into any other programs they box offers. Now I spend anywhere from 2-3 hrs there. But I do it to train for the games and not just to stay in shape. Definitely go during the classes for the best experience. You'll get more instruction from coaches and better camaraderie and encouragement from the rest of the group.

    This is a true statement. I'm a lefty and my left side is actually more developed them my right but I eat and write right handed...either genetically my left side is bigger or....I need a girl friend. I've been using a forearm gripper in an attempt to even things out lol

    lol well its not definitely broken but it easily feels likes it. when i do a pull up i feel insane pain like when i shattered my arm. no need for an xray mang. im just gonna take a week off. i impacted my shoulders like 6 months ago and i only took twoo days of rest!

    right arm btw

    Why would you use a water pills. Thats all they do is dehydrate you. Might make you look cut up from taking all the water out of your muscles but not very healthy at all.

    Personal preference mostly. I drink over a gallon of water a day at the same time as taking the pills according to the on-bottle instructions. It's a good way to get rid of body surface water if you say, wanna go hang at the beach, or if you're interested in a photo shoot of some kind. I of course cycle them and they are not an everyday dietary supplement. Water pills don't remove water from your muscles, just from below the surface of your skin.
