For the past 2 weeks I have been doing 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 4 count flutter kicks, crunchies, and supe pine bicycles then run. I have been training for a PT Test thursday. I have been watching what I eat and no alcohol for 3 weeks or so. I have lost around 5 lbs and feel great. This exercise take around 25 minutes depending on how long you run so its super easy. I have noticed a huge difference in my gut too. I am most worried about my situps so that is why I mainly did the gut workout. I have done maybe 3 practice pt tests in the past 3 weeks. Big time difference, hope it all pays off Thursday!!! Sorry for the long post.

so i ran a half marathon over the weekend. went pretty well except for this toe issue i've been having. wearing shoes is unbearable while walking or running, but i can wear my vibram 5 fingers and feel just about 100%.

so i ran in a pair of my 5 fingers which i never run in... my feet and calves are killing me. i was smart for never wanting to run in them. hauling my 205 lb. ass around "barefoot" for 13 miles sucked.

finishing the run and heading directly to ESPN zone (no shower :D) for screwdrivers and bloody mary's made things better though

got my full marathon 2 months from now. need my toe to heal...

Thanks I feel good I am going to do a mock pt test just the pushups and situps this afternoon with my brother. I hope to do well on Thursday, that will make it all worth it!!!

My wife and I started P90x Yesterday. I'm a little sore today, but mostly it's just my pride that was hurt the most. It really made me realize how out of shape I am.

Plan is to ultimately lose 40-50 pounds, and just tone up.

I've seen that stuff before. Looks pretty legit. I don't think I am far enough along to be looking at supps before, during, after and everywhere in between though. Someday, soon when I start crossfit here in a couple months I am hoping that I can get some big results. I hope to look something similar to Lind Walter, one of MPs athletes... just not quite that big

No homo but my goal is brad Pitts size in Troy. Haha but just finished my first workout on battle fuel and assault. I felt like a Spartan throwing Persians around like nothing!

I've got about 15-20lbs to gain and I should be happy with my size!

I was at about 210... I am now hovering around 185. I blew my shoulder out end of July and the metabolism kept chuggin away.

Right now I'm sitting at about 142ish and 4% body fat. My damn chicken legs make it impossible to gain weight. Good work on losing 25 lbs tho!

Weight is just a gauge. Don't get hung up on it. I really don't care what the scale says as long as I look and feel how I want to.

    Okay Guys,

So it has been a while since I've hit this thread due to my shoulder injuries. I took some time off and accumulating some weight to play with hehe.

So i started a cycle of ProHormones 6 days ago at 197 lbs. at about 16% body fat 6'4

6 days in im 203 with 12% BF. I am stacking RPN Havoc with Muscle Fortress Winistan V for a 45 day cycle.... I know it is not recommended to exceed 8 weeks of cycling but i was wondering what you guys think of me throwing a third stack of trenabol in to equal a 75 day cycle?

right now im on the Havoc alone and will transition into the Havoc + Winistan at day 15.

I have L-TOX, Test, and Estrogen-X as my PCT.

Any advice would be great. This is my fourth cycle but this time i am not going for huge strength gains - instead i am going for spot training and cutting/hardening. After I complete my PCT i will be taking an ECA stack to cut to 4% BF using Bronkaid+Caffeine+Advil.

    Thanks!
