    Me and the ol lady are cookin machines brah. She comes up with some crazy vegetable concoctions and fish combos, I do the meats and pastas. Those burgers a turkey btw, we also swapped out her chili recip of ground chuck for turkey chuck. Another neat fact, OL'BAY seasoning is awesome on turkey burgers.

    did chest and tris yesterday. Squeezed out a huge fart on the flat bench but thankfully someone dropped a weight at exactly the same time...two import models happened to be walking by and my ego almost got sucked into my uterus
