Slap that motherfucker. I HATTTTTTE when people don't re-rack their shit...mostly b/c I'm the one who has to clean up after the fuck-tards.

I haven't deadlifted in a while, but I have to work today from 9-2, so I'll go see what my #'s are on dead, squat, and bench.

I'm weighing in at 205. Since I've been on my home-made mass gainer, I've been gaining about a pound every two weeks...of course, I know it's not all muscle, but gains are gains, baby! God, I love bulking season!

My eventual goal is 165. Started out at 145 in June. At 155 now

    Bone stock. For now.
Nice! What are you weighing in at?

    405 squat
    435 dead
    365 bench
    1205 total - weighing ~230

As you can see, my squat and dead are lacking. I have been struggling with some lower back issues that came from an injury I had as a teenager. But I've added 100lbs to my squat in the last 11 months.

Lol that was my original goal. Started at 135 5'-9", long story why I weighed so little. I'm now at 190. Was going for fitness, now I'm just looking for pure strength

im 275 right now , i know i can go down to 240 and still break 1400, been doing the cube lately and really not watching my diet lol i just came from a lumbar injury 4 month ago, its been nothing but pain and mobility work for me for the last 4 month. but slowly im getting back to my old PRs, Old injury is tough, it often leaves muscle trigger points and scar tissue that never seems to go away. it takes many sessions of excruciating trigger point massage to get rid of it. many just choose to live with it.

"trust your equipment! Trust your equipment!"

    but at that height

I'd be compressing the skin on my buttcheeks into diamonds

I'd just wear a vest packed with snacks. Every 100 ft. Snack time.

I already wear a 25# harness with safety gear on it haha. I eat right before I climb and when I get up there and unload the tools and stuff I usually eat again, but it's mainly all snacks... I gotta just pack some fucking chicken with rice
