Feelin better, but food is still not agreeing with my stomach. The past 4 days, I've had 1 "Meal" or fewer. All I've had today is a sandwich, and I was on the toilet twice in 20 minutes. Don't know what's goin on, but I can't kick this. Feel like I'm gettin weaker by the day! Alllll kiiiiinds of....losses?

I usually pop vitamin C pills like tic tacs when I'm sick, along with nyquil and it knocks it out in a few days. That sucks, man. I hate being sick, mainly b/c of gym loss and not being able to eat!

Dayum! My goal is 315 by summer. I got 290 today :taco:

I did the 100 rep burnout on skull-crushers today, just using the 45 lb bar; it was tough, but my triceps are on fire and it's 2 hrs later! I'm gonna start adding a 100 rep burnout on everything at least once a month from now on. It's getting me soooo sore the next day. I don't wanna do it too often and overwork anything.

I, too have a defunct ass workout partner. I can't remember if I told y'all or not, but he only works out Jan-Apr to get ready for the beach. He gets strong as hell when he does lift and he's a naturally bigger dude (mesomorph or whatever), but he only works out 4 months out of the year. He just started back in the middle of Nov, but has only been 3 times. We have a bet to who can bench 315 first. $100 to the winner and he's at 225 haha

Have Finals. Killed a whole pizza while studying at the library this evening.
Good news, dominos delivers all the way to the library. Even better news, 1/2 all orders this week due to finals. Bad news, haven't had dairy in months, gas level 1000.

Truth. I can't wear Chuck's anymore b/c my feet are just too arched and they're too flat for me, but I used to love them. I had the all black low tops and they lasted for about 4 years in high school. Now, I'm a nike freerun snob and they last about a year...the quality isn't the best, but they're comfortable for my high-ass arches

Same here. Yesterday included Chick Fil A and Wendy's lol. Screw finals
