Ill wear gloves me when snowboarding for sure... that's about it though

 

when I see a guy in the gym wearing gloves I automatically assume he's a sissy and has little girl hands. Lifting without gloves gives you MAN HANDS.

 

yeah woke up yesterday first thing i see are fresh dozens of donuts still kinda warm on my table, my step dad is so evil it was a instant 3lb water and glycogen gains too. feelsbadman.jpg

Anyone have pain in the area identified as the triceps tendon (Not the tendonitis area...) when doing dips or close hand push ups

 

Reference above, it's right arm only. I guess it could be tendonitis or the triceps tendon...maybe I need an arm massage.

 

I'd get that when I'd bench a lot

 

yeah, cept I get it when I arm wrestle..... last time I over strained it I was down for two weeks. Didn helped that i worked in the field lifting metal all day.

If you get that from going to the gym you have gone full retard.

 

The lifts that tear my hands up the most are cleans/hang cleans/snatch and dead lift

 

Just got back from the gym, didn't hit my goal of 10x10 kinda ran outta oxygen and dropped the bar on set 9 and called it. did some stiff leg deads after. now my legs are swole.

lol, crossfit would be so much better if the instructors really took time to teach people.
