    anybody know a good shoe for people with bad knees? i also have a bad hip and back but i assume fixing the knee would help with that lol

    barefoot style shoes fixed my knee problems....i highly recommend some of the new sketchers go series.....i have go bionic trails and they are light and comfy as hell

    yeah but i'd prefer to not have to put one of those on everyday if there is a shoe that will help with the pain.

    I would look for something with arch support. It has helped me at least. Although I must admit I wear work boots everyday. Something else to consider, find a good pair of socks. Something with padding and such. It will blow your mind how big of a difference it makes. Or at least replace the old tattered ones.

    i actually realized this is part of my problem i dont wear socks :anonymous: for the simple fact that my socks always go missing so i simply just stopped wearing them but my first day back at the gym the other day i wore those nike socks with extra padding and it made a big difference

    Thanks, and I wear saucony's eryday I workout. Bare, flat, and plenty of grip. Dont know if they will help as I dont have knee issues though.

    old buddies dad does auto x with a regular forester. thing is sick! he blew the motor so it now has the STI engine with turbo work by Jotech on megan adjustable coilovers. thing is fucking stupid sick

    i no haz. and its pointless because it looks stock lol well except for the perrin exhaust. he drives it at stock ride height as a DD and changes it at the track. caught him going to work one day and that perrin exhaust was loud as fuck! standing outside the dmv in line and you just hear him rip the turn and a silver blurr
