haven't use the adidas much since i just got them, but i can tell you about the do-wins, they are about the cheapest real lifting shoes you can get, but the heel is way too steep for me, that's why i got the adidas. but as far as performance, it's pretty good, solid wood heels deff feels better than the rubber on the adidas when you are going for max. i use adidas for training, use dowin for 90%max-PR weight.

yeah, never mind the pro guys but just some of the amateurs are pulling triple body weight. granted they are on gear but still.

Did back today, it was all good till i went to the deadlift, man something about my back just isn't right, my form looks perfect but i felt like shit, just all kinds of tightness and pain in the lower back. i think im gonna have to learn sumo.

The only bmw I would own would be a m3 and that lexus better be a F sport. Different strokes for different folks ! The biggest difference is a STI or Evo is half the price of a 4 series or f sport lexus. And with 5k in bolt ons would destroy both cars. In all fairness we were talking about auto x. And im pretty sure your talking for a comfort dd

Yes sir 4G63 is a beast of an engine my buddy has a 450whp evo 9 for a track car and bolted evo x for a daily. The 4B11 seem just as strong aswell
