    that's true, my core is weak as shit, so are my arms, that's probably why my deadlift and bench sucks. but everytime i try to do abs they cramp up really bad. maybe i just need to hit it more.

    Not the whole time would run at 8.0 for half a mile then walk at 4.0 for like .15 mile to rest then repeat

    When you guys run on a tread mill try it an angle of 6° or more...you'll see a lot better results and have a extremely more fat burnz and won't lose teh gainz!!

    Also...I love doing this as a burn out after leg day...as if leg days doesn't suck as it is but:

    6-8° incline, 1.5 mph or more 2 min of lunges, 1 min of walking.....8 sets. Its 24 minutes of your life you'll never get back...but you'll feel so swole and leg fucked like...like...I don't know, fucking lunges for Jesus!!

    Well its been just over a year since i started lifting. Started at 155lbs and im now hovering at 165lbs. Arms started at 12" and now at 14". Pretty happy with the year. Broke PRs, and learned a lot about my body.

    Just ran 18 miles in prep for my marathon.......and can still knock off 15 pull ups so strength is still decent. Learned the value of "carb loading" and can take 300-500g easily the day before long runs and maintain bodyweight without blowing up (was always carb phobic).

    Looking forward to finishing this marathon and getting back into strength training the legs. Will prob do another one but faster or verture into tri-athalons while being a bodyweight strength freak.....LOL!
