i messed up my upper back yesterday at the gym. I trained back and bi's. The pain is in between my shoulder blades and it mainly hurts when i put my head down or reach down for something. I think that i hurt it from doing T-bar rows or preacher curls. I accidentaly looked up a few times during the rows which i know is not good since it puts your spine out of alignment. And while doing the preachers the angle of the resting pad was extreme, like 70 degrees, and im not use to that angle.

Anyways, has anybody ever had this pain? I'm constantly trying to "pop/crack" my back to make it feel better but it does nothing. Should i consult a chiropractor? Please give me some suggestions

I had that for awhile. It was a stiff neck that just went away with time. Not sure if that's what you have, but i had the same symptoms (pain when looking down)

EDIT: ah, you said upper back. Mine was neck

So at least it likely wasn't an acute injury. Things that start to ache after tend to work themselves out over time

Ended up buying Aasics Gel-Kahana 5's. A lot more comfortable than any New Balance I tried on. After $40 kohls cash total was $27. Hell of a deal.

Sportmart has those Gel-Kahana's for pretty cheap every once and a while--if you like them, keep an eye out for them and buy a few :)

Probably just a pulled muscle. Ice it up and massage it if u can. Stay away from any trap/rear delt exercises for a week or so.

Just be careful and not thick headed otherwise you'll make it worse and really be out of of the gym for a while. Let it heal and come back stronger.

So I tried Assault & Battle Fuel today for the 1st time. Had this weird tingling / burning all over my body. Felt like I could feel every single hair!

Went away after a while, and I had an awesome workout!

Started with half dose on the Battle Fuel (3 caps) 30 min. before working out & 3/4 scoop of Assault.

Anybody else feel that way after taking Assault / Battle Fuel?
