    i came to the states in 8th grade, so i had to learn english from scratch in a year then go into high school. i tried to talk to girls the first couple of years but literally did not know how lol, thank god i don't have an accent, because that shit is not attractive at all.

    yeah locking knees also stresses the ACL and other tendons :eek: fuk that... keeping a SLIGHT bend will keep the weight on the muscle and make it work harder ... reason why squats are soo good for you and scary for most people
