Today is supposed to be leg day. Luckily, the office Christmas party is tonight right after work. That means a LOT of pizza and breadsticks. Which will probably lead to not goin to the gym at all. Unfortunately, that means I'll probably be doin legs on Friday which seems like a terrible way to End the week.

I end on friday as well but took tuesday off to fold laundry, today off to go finish fabbing on my buddies jeep, which has pushed leg day to saturday. Just have to decide if I want to do it before or after working on my buddies bimmer.

I can understand us getting off topic, but clothes-folding........a line has to be drawn somewhere, damn it.

Had a good shoulder workout today. My shoulder day is always my short day (around 30 mins)

    Everything 4 sets of 10

    overhead barbell press: 135, 135, 125, 125
    dumbbell side lat raises: 35, 35, 25, 25
    bent-over cable extensions: 35, 35, 35, 35
    barbell shrugs: 225, 225, 225, 225

Porchop made me feel bad for neglecting abs, so I threw some in, as well

plank: 2 sets @ 30 secs with 30 sec breaks in between
    sideways plank: same as above
    knee-raises: 25
    extended leg raises: 25
    upper ab crunch: 25

That'll be my monthly ab workout....legs tomorrow...that's the real ab workout
