    i would assume so because of blood flow blockage which in turn means the muscles dont get any oxygen or nutrients carried from the blood to the muscle for repairs.

    that's only true if you loose feeling in your whole arm when you wake up. i sleep on my side too sometimes i'll wake up to a numb hand, but that's not always a bad thing :D :spy:

    i do loose feeling in my arm sometimes but most mornings i just wake up with shoulder and bicep pains.

    damn, try sleeping with your arm under the pillow, idk how much you weight but if i sleep with my body weight on my arm, my arm might fall off the next morning.

    I cant sleep on my sides, shoulders are too fucked from accidents. Wake up with the joints in severe pain. Usually sleep on my back or stomach, arms under the pillow.

    arm is under the pillow but im only resting my head on my arm not my whole body lol
    sometimes i go inbetween stomach and side sleeping. my arm is still under the pillow with my head on it but my torso will be facing down while my legs are still sideways. cant suffocate the balls yo!

    troof. i did legs and shoulders last. i have to go atleast twice a week. just trying to find the energy and time to go more is difficult with all the stress's of life currently.
