Hell yeah dude. That's a monster bench. I'm slowly working my way up to 205. I annihilated legs this morning to earn a few days off.

Anybody have a good alternative to C4??

I've been taking it off and on for the past year, while cycling off of it for 2-3 weeks at a time. At first it worked great, but lately, it has hardly any affect at all.

I've taken it as long as I have mainly because it tastes good and had provided good results for me, up until now...

Any worthwile alternatives (that taste halfway decent)? Or should I stack it with something else?

Just works more tri then chest where as the other works more chest then tri

When I first started pumping iron I was under the impression, from mag articles, that parallel to the ground was max, after that you weren't getting a workout. As of recently my buddy showed me a new workout where I go bar to chest then up to max use of actual muscle, so roughly 6 inches up and repeat till reps reached or max reps.

So now I do that workout unless I am trying to achieve new numbers, such as 315. So I stack weight on do it the old way till I feel confident and then work in the new workout over time till I achieve complete happiness.;)

I'm cursed with a bird chest man haha I'm try'n to get waterfalls. I train volume more than rep max. So for example I work all exercises 20x15x10x5 going up in weight each set. Last time I started my workout with flat bench, I hit 190 on the last set of 5. So for me, the goal is to be at 205 or 225 for my last set for 5.

Ahhhh that makes sense. I go reverse when I do water falls so I go big first then drop weight. First sets the set that rips, the rest are mostly cardio, or so I have been told by multiple trainers.

Word. That was will pack some size on. It's my personal preference to stay mobile and have long term stamina. I used to go out for the big weight numbers but it's hard to move 2 miles in 14:00 minutes when I'm burdened with so much slow twitch musckles fibers.

I'm still quick but when it comes to long term I am definitely slower. Have not done a 5k in 10 years, did one in August and was 10 minutes slower at 28 min, probably would have been 26 if my stomach acid wasn on the fritz. Could definitely feel the strain of my 190lb body in comparison to when I did it weighing in at 130lbs. Granted I am just now starting to do actual cardio in the gym to help with that. Hopefully I find a place in the next year so I can have a garage and buy another dirt bike to further my goal, as the original goal was to be able to throw the bikes around easier. It has slowly morphed into how much weight can I throw up consecutively.

It's funny you say that because I've had my ass handed to me by dirtbikes so many times because of being a light weight. Helped my buddy load his up last weekend, and haussed those bitches like a boss.

Yeah, I got tossed quite a bit. When I started downhilling after my last big accident is when I started working out geared towards what I do on the bike. Threw that 42lb beast around like a boss. Cant even imagine how easy it will be to flick a YZ250 around now a days. Just need a new damn place to rent with a garage. Tired of storing shit in friends garages.:(
