    While at the gym today, I heard "Dude, if you do burnouts on bench EVERY DAY, your max is gonna SKYROCKET! Not joking, man."

    On a less retarded note, my workout today was supposed to be 4 sets of 4 at 65%, 75%, 85%, 85%. Working off of 285. So my last 2 sets were supposed to be 242...so I rounded up to 245. I've gotten it 4 times before, but only for one set. I ended up gettin it 7 out of the 8 times. I was pretty content with that.

    I know. I looked over and the guy was struggling with 185. I wonder what his max was before he started doing burnouts every day. :rolleyes:

    They went all the way down to 50 lbs. Literally had 2.5s on the bar. I was laughing...

    I dont know about any plans but you could do supersets and or incorporate crossfit type workouts into your routine. Keep the heart rate elevated to get your cardio in while lifting.

    I havent been running at all lately but Ive been using the row machine for my cardio. If they werent so damn expensive Id get one for the house.

    That blows, mines 24 hours. BOOM! But no gym today, got an offer to go camping with a large group today up north and take the girl for her first time camping as well. I am super excited as it is supposed to dip into the 30's tonight. Booze, edibles, BEST FRIEND, the ol'lady, and nature. Don't get much better than that for a new years celebration.
