So I walked up into the gym tonight and was all to myself like "I'm gonna do legs". So I did. Not sure wtf I was doing out of the ordinary but at least a dozen folk were looking at me like I wasn't with the program. Not sure if I missed the memo, but apparently Saturday nights is chest/arms time? I dunno. Anyway, hit it nasty, and had my third consecutive week of a weight increase, so something is working.

I'm curious as to why all "crossfitters" use poor form except for the pros? But... Apparently all other people in the gym use perfect form?

Crossfit is about form/technique . If they aren't doing it properly then they aren't a crossfitter. They are simply trying to Crossfit .

Just like all the other wannabe's in the gym that think they are doing something.

If you don't have respect for Crossfit , then you don't know Crossfit . I'm not pointing any fingers at anybody in this forum but by reading most of these posts, a true crossfitter would smoke your asses in the gym.

I'm not a crossfitter myself. I've been in the iron game longer than some people in here have been alive. I've been around the block. I've been a competitive bodybuilder and power lifter. My training revolves around the push/pull method and anything over 5 reps is considered high reps. I'm 47 and my raw total is 1745. Mind you, that's not in competition. I don't compete anymore.

What I'm getting at is I'm old school and don't fuck around. That being said, Crossfit is the real deal. Don't shit on something that you don't know about.
